The Clare is a senior living community located at 55 E. Pearson St., Chicago, IL 60611
Senior Care Types Provided: Assisted Living, Continuing Care, Independent Living, Respite Care-Short Term Stay, 62+ Lifestyles
Jolen Electric was contracted to do the remodel of the 1st floor Main Entrance Lobby, 53rd Floor Lounge, and the conversion of the Discover Center into a Sales and Signing room. The contract included the following work.
- Power
- Lighting
- Low Voltage
- All Wiring will be removed back to the IT Closet that serves, Per Code
- Fire Alarm
- Simplex System to remove any un-needed devices from the system programming to alleviate nuisance trouble calls.
- CCTV System
- All Cameras to be removed and stored on site for future use
- Access Control System
- All Devices to be removed and stored on site for future use
Distribution Panel:
New 3 Phase 100a 277/480v breaker to be installed in existing 54 – HDP -1 panel, for New 75kw transformer.
New 75kw Transformer and Feed per one line drawing
New 200a 3 Phase 120/208 KP panel to be added per one line
All Grounding to be brought back to Grounding Junction Box in Electrical room 5404
A 100a 3 Phase 277/480v feed will be ran from 54-HDP-1 to MAU on roof. No information given for MAU size.
