Monarch Landing Project Description This was a new construction of a 94,000 sq/ft addition to a senior living residence, which included a 3 story skilled nursing facility attached to a 1 story memory care facility. Also included in the contract was the completion of a new parking lot, court yards, lighting, power, fire alarm, low voltage and LED lighting as well as putting in an area rescue system This project was a complete design assist by Jolen Electric and used their valued engineering skills to get the pricing down from $32.27 sq/ft to $25.50 sq/ft.
